The International Propeller Club of the United States, Port of Piraeus, held its 31st edition of the Greek AMVER Awards, where 192 Greek-owned shipping companies along with their 2,057 vessels were honored for their participation in the AMVER System — an initiative facilitating mutual assistance among vessels at sea. This year’s event, attended by more than 900 prominent guests of the Greek maritime community, Greek government officials and US diplomats, was dedicated to celebrating the Greek Seafarer’s exemplary seamanship (Ναυτοσύνη) and was organized by the International Propeller Club of the United States, Port of Piraeus in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Greece and the United States Coast Guard.
As the appointed press office for the AMVER Awards ceremony, Extrovert communicated the event via a 2-moth publicity plan and provided social media management services increasing targeted audience reach and engagement.
