To mark a national first—the presentation of Greece’s most comprehensive climate impact study on port infrastructure—PPA S.A. entrusted Extrovert with delivering a high-level conference of substance and precision. The objective: to communicate scientific findings, strategic planning, and institutional commitment—clearly, credibly, and at scale.
Held at the historic Stone Warehouse (Petrini Apothiki) of the Port of Piraeus, the conference brought together key figures from government, the maritime sector, academia, and environmental organizations. Extrovert led the project from concept to execution, developing the event’s visual identity and ensuring that all communication elements reflected the complexity and importance of the subject.
Invitations and RSVP management focused on a curated group of stakeholders, including ministers, local authorities, climate scientists, and industry leaders. The venue was transformed into a fully equipped conference space, complete with branded elements, staging, AV and interpretation services, and a designated breakout area.
Extrovert’s dedicated press office, in collaboration with the PPA team, managed media invitations, outreach, and on-site journalist coordination—securing broad coverage across national and trade media. Messaging emphasized the study’s importance and the Port’s proactive approach to climate adaptation.
The conference marked a milestone in Greece’s climate and infrastructure discourse, positioning PPA S.A. as a national leader in sustainability planning. Extrovert’s end-to-end involvement ensured the event’s success and visibility, demonstrating its capability in managing high-impact, purpose-driven initiatives.
