INITIATIVE ’21 | IMPACT REVIEW AND NEXT STEPS EVENT

Event Management

Initiative ’21 hosted a high-profile event at the Megaron Concert Hall, marking a milestone moment for the Initiative by presenting a comprehensive review of its actions over the past years, with a strong focus on Climate Change and Environmental sustainability. The event also served as a platform for announcing the next strategic cycle of actions for 2026–2028, including the creation of a National Model Center for Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease — a project of major social and institutional importance.

Extrovert supported Initiative ’21 across every stage of the project, delivering end-to-end event management and branding services. Our scope included guest list management and coordination, design and distribution of e-invitations, on-site hosting and guest experience management, development of a cohesive visual identity, stage and screen design, audio-visual supervision, and overall production coordination. Emphasis was placed on ensuring seamless flow, consistency across all touchpoints, and alignment with the strategic narrative of Initiative ’21.

Through close collaboration with the Initiative ’21 project team, Extrovert delivered a flawless event experience that reinforced the Initiative’s positioning as a credible, forward-looking platform for dialogue and action on critical contemporary challenges.

Founded in 2018 by leading Greek charitable foundations and the National Bank of Greece to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the Greek Revolution, Initiative ’21 has evolved into a long-term collaboration with a clear focus on Climate Change, the Environment, and major societal issues. Extrovert is proud to have contributed to an event that reflected both the vision and the institutional weight of Initiative ’21.
