Harbor Lab—the independent maritime technology authority offering an end-to-end platform for advanced disbursements analysis—hosted its highly anticipated annual conference, the 2nd Agents Summit 2025. For this edition, the company set a clear objective: to elevate the event from a conventional two-day presentation into a high-value annual platform that strengthens relationships and reinforces Harbor Lab’s market position among its key stakeholders, including Port Agents, Vendors, and Principals.

To achieve this vision, Harbor Lab selected Extrovert for the organization and execution of the Summit. Our team managed the entire event, covering planning, branding, logistics, and production at the Anassa Events venue. Working closely with the Harbor Lab leadership team, we designed an environment that acted as a natural extension of the company’s message and identity.

This approach included the development of a cohesive event branding system that ensured visual consistency at every touchpoint. We also engineered complete audiovisual design and production, creating a focused and engaging setting that supported the flow of content and facilitated meaningful interaction among attendees.

The execution successfully supported the strategic aims of Harbor Lab’s leadership.
