Global Transport Solutions (GTS Group), a leader in logistics solutions for the maritime industry, chose Greece as the host location for their annual GTS Global Management Event.
Our agency was entrusted with the task of organizing and executing this three-day event in Athens, which brought together top executives from 11 countries. The event’s objectives were to facilitate the exchange of company news, explore current maritime trends, strengthen team bonds, and enjoy the city’s sights and atmosphere.
Our team at Extrovert designed and executed the three-day event, tailoring setups to meet specific meeting requirements while seamlessly coordinating participants’ daily schedules in Athens. Our responsibilities ranged from accommodation and transfer management, customized team activities, and a comprehensive hospitality program including fine Greek dining and a memorable gala dinner.
The result was an exceptionally successful event that was enjoyed by all participants.
