For the fourth consecutive year, Extrovert partnered with the leading Greek pharmaceutical company Galenica S.A. to design and execute their exhibition booth at CPHI Frankfurt 2025 — one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical industry events, attracting over 62,000 professionals and more than 2,400 exhibiting companies from 166 + countries.

Our collaboration covered every stage of the project — from concept creation and booth design to on-site coordination — ensuring every detail reflected Galenica’s brand identity, values, and communication goals.

This year’s booth embraced a minimalistic aesthetic, with clean, open surfaces that foster transparency and collaboration. Key corporate messages were showcased through bold, circular wall elements, delivering clarity and strong visual impact within a dynamic exhibition environment.

By combining functional spatial planning, refined design, and targeted visitor-engagement strategies, we created a space that not only captures attention but also encourages meaningful dialogue with clients, partners, and industry peers.

This project highlights our expertise in event management, exhibition, and creative services — transforming brand vision into impactful, memorable experiences on an international stage.

Following CPHI Frankfurt 2025, our booth received a Gold rating from the Better Stands initiative for the third consecutive year, recognizing our sustained commitment to sustainable design, reusable materials, and waste reduction in exhibition construction.
