The 4th General Assembly of SOKEE successfully completed during the UFI Global Congress
The 4th General Assembly of the Hellenic Association of Exhibition Organizers & Stand Constructors (SOKEE) was successfully completed in Thessaloniki, held within the framework of the UFI Global Congress—the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry.
During the General Assembly, the members re-elected the current Board of Directors, reaffirming their trust in the Association’s leadership. The new Board of Directors is as follows:
- President – Theodoros Vokos, Posidonia Exhibitions S.A.
- Vice President – Dr. Kyriakos Pozrikidis, TIF – HELEXPO S.A.
- General Secretary – Evangelos Charalambous, Be Best
- Treasurer – Evangelos St. Galatsopoulos, Expowork S.A.
- Member – Sofoklis Iosifidis, Interform S.A.
- Member – Alexios Lagoudakis, Metropolitan Expo S.A.
- Member – Athanasios Panagoulias, Forum S.A.
The Board committed to continuing its work with a focus on the international promotion of the industry, attracting young professionals to the exhibition sector, and enhancing safety standards.
During the UFI Congress, SOKEE presented the impact of the Greek exhibition industry, highlighting the impressive achievements of its 37 members, who represent the entire sector—from organizers and stand constructors to major exhibition centers and logistics providers.

As part of the Assembly, a special session was held focusing on new trends in the exhibition industry, with the participation of senior executives from the international sector. Notably, participants included:

- Sebastian Witt – Senior Consultant, jwc GmbH
The discussion focused on technological developments and the transformation of the sector, the potential impact of tariffs on the growth of exhibitions, and the need for exhibitions to diversify and adapt in order to remain a driving force of national economic growth.
