Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa opened its doors on June 1st, 2026, bringing Hilton Hotels & Resorts’ iconic hospitality to Chania’s historic region and Crete’s culturally rich coastline. The property is set to redefine Chania as a year-round international destination, combining curated gastronomic experiences, premium wellness facilities and flexible event spaces that open the doors for connection, celebration and inspiration.

Poème de la Canée, is a vibrant, all-day dining destination spanning two levels, where guests can gather from morning through late evening. With Mediterranean flavors, signature cocktails, live music and a welcoming social atmosphere, Poème de la Canéeserves as a lively meeting point for guests, visitors and locals alike.

Perched above the city, Céleste offers a sophisticated rooftop experience with a heated infinity pool overlooking the Aegean Sea. Guests can enjoy an all-day menu of curated dishes, bar bites and signature beverages while taking in panoramic views that stretch across the coastline.

Adding a touch of Parisian elegance, Fauchon Café Pâtisserie makes its debut in Greece, bringing the renowned French brand’s refined selection of pastries, desserts, gourmet sandwiches and its iconic five o’clock tea experience throughout the day. Situated within the hotel lobby and offering direct access from both the main street and the hotel interior, it is designed as a gathering point before heading out to explore the Old Town.
