Fauchon Café Pâtisserie makes its Greece debut at Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa
Bringing Parisian elegance to the heart of Chania, unveiling an all-day destination for refined French gastronomy.
The Fauchon Café Pâtisserie is set to make its debut in Greece with the opening of its first café pâtisserie at Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa when the hotel opens this June, bringing an iconic Parisian culinary experience to the heart of Chania.
Located just steps away from Chania Old Town, the new Fauchon Café Pâtisserie enjoys a prime position within Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa, an urban resort that integrates striking design with the historic and cultural character of the city. Situated within the hotel lobby and offering direct access from both the main street and the hotel interior, it is designed to be a welcoming meeting point for hotel guests, local residents, and visitors exploring the Old Town.
Guests will be able to enjoy the Fauchon experience indoors, outdoors in the hotel garden, or at street-side seating in true café-trottoir style, embracing the vibrant rhythm of the city.
Following its recent opening in New York, Fauchon Café Pâtisserie now brings its celebrated French savoir-faire to Crete. Guests will be invited to savour an elegant selection of authentic French pastries, freshly prepared by the hotel’s pastry chef. Signature creations such as macarons, mille-feuille, éclairs, tarts, and other refined pastries will be available to enjoy at the hotel or to take away.
The café pâtisserie will also feature a curated selection of premium French delicacies, ideal for gifting or personal indulgence. Open throughout the day, Fauchon Café Pâtisserie will introduce the iconic French five o’clock tea, offering refined French sandwiches, scones, and mini pâtisserie, establishing a new culinary reference point in Chania.
Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa, managed by Hotelleading, features 85 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, each with its own heated private pool. The majority also offer in-room saunas and sweeping views of the Aegean. Designed to cater to couples, families, and special events, the resort provides a comprehensive offering that includes accommodation, wellness facilities, conference and event spaces, and a distinctive gastronomic journey across a variety of restaurants and bars. Guests can also enjoy curated lifestyle experiences that enhance the city’s appeal throughout the year. Operating year-round, the hotel will welcome guests for its first full season in early June 2026, unveiling a refined destination for both leisure and business travelers in a landmark setting.
